Cocoa Brownies

Ingredients
½ cup (125 mL) butter
½ cup (125 mL) SUGAR IN THE RAW® Natural Turbinado Sugar
½ cup (125 mL) STEVIA IN THE RAW™ Baker’s Bag
½ cup (125 mL) Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
1 tsp (5 mL) Folgers® Instant Coffee Crystals
1 tsp (5 mL) baking powder
3 eggs
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
1/3 cup (75 mL) cocoa powder
1 cup (250 mL) chopped walnuts, optional
Preparation
1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8” (2 L) baking pan with foil.
2Mix butter, sugar and sweetener in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
3Bake in preheated oven 20 – 25 minutes or until set. Cool and cut into squares.
