Ingredients
1/4 cup (50 mL)
cocoa
3 tbsp (45 mL)
SUGAR IN THE RAW® Natural Turbinado Sugar
2 cups (500 mL)
low fat milk, divided
1 oz (28 g)
dark chocolate (62-70% cocoa), chopped
optional
cinnamon, for garnish
Preparation

Combine cocoa and sugar in a medium saucepan. Add ¼ cup (50 mL) of milk and mix to make a smooth paste. Whisk in remaining milk. Heat on medium high, until hot but not steaming. Add chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted. Serve in mugs and top with cinnamon if using.
