Peeled and sliced
1 slice
(about 2”/5cm) fresh ginger, peeled and cut into 6 pieces

(2L) apple cider

Preparation

Freeze 2 cups (500mL) of coffee in ice cube trays. Combine the remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve coffee over coffee ice cubes. Enjoy.
